  1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple: browse our product catalog, select the items you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your shipping information and choose a payment method. Products & Warranty

  1. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Sngamecontroller products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications. If you experience a problem with your product within the warranty period, please contact us for repair or replacement.

For controllers: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the surface and buttons. Avoid using harsh chemicals or water directly on the controller. For headsets: Wipe the ear cups and headband with a damp cloth (if needed) and allow them to air dry. Store your peripherals in a cool, dry place when not in use to extend their lifespan.

    We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund .
